Education
Dr. Haque earned his M.B.B.S. from Rawalpindi Medical College, University of Punjab, Pakistan.
He completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology at the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
Dr. Haque also completed fellowship training in Pain Management at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and fellowship training in Obstetric Anesthesia at the University of Louisville.
Clinical Experience
Dr. Haque has served in numerous leadership, consultant, and medical director roles throughout his career, including positions with American Pain Institute, Norton Suburban Hospital, Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure.
His clinical background includes anesthesiology, interventional pain management, addiction medicine support, and coordinated chronic pain treatment services.
